Hands down our best climbing day with a guide ever. Everyone had an opportunity to climb at their level and also challenge themselves. Our guide listened and asked questions to make sure he was delivering on how we wanted to spend our time and was thoughtful and engaging. We had fun climbing but also just being together as a family having an experience. I'd recommend Doug and Sylvan to any one.
Friendly, fun, down to earth people. Booked a three day rock climbing tour of the Black Hills. My experience was custom tailored to me and Brandon made sure I was comfortable climbing every route, we made a game plan each day. Even before traveling to SD he made sure things were in place and communicated any questions or issues I had. Stellar customer service and guiding! I can not thank them enough for helping me become a better climber and for a life time experience I will never forget. Will book again. We were a group of 8 with varying skill levels and our guides were amazing. They worked together to ensure that we all felt comfortable on the wall, set up multiple routes, instructed those that needed it and trusted those that didn't. We all had a great time and learned a lot! I would say this is a must do activity if you are spending any time in Custer State Park.
