I would definitely recommend Sylvan Rocks. Our guide, Doug, was very patience with a couple of rookies. My son is very shy and doesn’t talk to people he doesn’t know but he was so comfortable with Doug he chatted all day with him. The views at Sylvan Lake were amazing. We will be back!
Hands down our best climbing day with a guide ever. Everyone had an opportunity to climb at their level and also challenge themselves. Our guide listened and asked questions to make sure he was delivering on how we wanted to spend our time and was thoughtful and engaging. We had fun climbing but also just being together as a family having an experience. I'd recommend Doug and Sylvan to any one.
My husband and I climbed with our 3 kids (10, 8, 7). Chris and Darryl were fantastic guides - they provided everything we needed (even offered up an extra raincoat for my daughter!). They were very calm and patient with the kids, encouraging them each step of the way. When we got rained out, they graciously rescheduled. Overall - exceeded our expectations!
