Graeme Breems

Graeme has been smitten with the outdoors since he was young, camping in the state parks of Illinois and roaming Indiana's dunes. While attending college in Michigan, his love of the mountains blossomed during summers when he went out west to work.

Graeme spent time in Montana, Wyoming, Washington and Arizona fighting fires and working in hospitality. He spent most weekends scrambling peaks, backpacking canyons, and finding climbing routes on the wall down the road from the ranger station. After graduating with a degree in Natural Resources Management he guided bike tours at the Grand Canyon and snowmobile tours in Yellowstone.

The past few years have found him in Spokane, Washington where he's spent all his spare time getting to know the North Cascades and northern Idaho's peaks. If he's not climbing you might find him playing music, packrafting, snowboarding, mountain biking, or getting into the backcountry with his wife and dog.

Outstanding experience. 10/10. Brandon was helpful and flexible in setting us up with our guide Zayne. Zayne was terrific! We stayed safe, had tons of fun, and learned a lot. He accommodated varying skill levels wonderfully. Climbing in the Black Hills was a truly memorable experience. We also took Zayne's suggestions on other things to do in the area and his advice was great. Wonderful!!!
