GREAT climbing experience for the beginners in our group! Reservation process is incredibly smooth, check-in the day of was super slick, and the climbing was amazing. There was enough variety for the variety of climbers in our group. Lots of learning and encouragement. Thanks to Jeff, Ross, and Ryan!
My husband and I did the 6-hour rock climbing day. We are novice climbers with minimal experience and felt this was perfect duration. We learned a ton from our guide, Chris. We very much appreciated the instruction with various equipment and terminology. Highly recommend this activity for those who want to get outdoors and try something truly special!
Brandon and Jeff were phenomenal guides. I was with Jeff for day two in Custer and Summit Day on Devils Tower. He was knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and enhanced the experience. Safety was their priority number 1 and I did not feel unsafe at any given point. I would highly recommend Sylvan Rocks Climbing School to anyone looking to climb in the Black Hills.
