Brandon was our guide for the day. We chose the 4 hour climbing adventure and was absolutely perfect for us. My husband and I don't have a lot of experience with climbing and Brandon did a fantastic job at explaining everything. He talked us through every step of the way and felt safe. Our family of four (kids 13 and 11) had a fantastic time climbing with Sylvan Rocks! It has been the highlight of our trip and an experience none of us will ever forget. The co-owner, Jeff, was very friendly and flexible with our somewhat last minute booking. He was patient during the booking process when my phone kept losing service in the area and I had to call him back 3 times! My kids have done some indoor climbing but, other than that, no climbing experience. Our guide, Cheyenne, was very encouraging and was able to tailor the climbs to each climber’s comfort level. He was very attentive to safety, and I felt comfortable that we were safe at all times, while still being able to try routes that were challenging for us. I would recommend this experience to anyone. Don’t miss out on a fantastic experience...one that you will not forget. And who knows, may lead to a new passion!
The guides were very professional, helpful and encouraging. My son and I had a great time and we learned quite a bit.
