Legion Lake Lodge - This laid-back lodge sits directly on the water's edge. It's a choice
spot for summer picnics, lazy days at the beach and adventurous treks into the Black Hills National Forest via the Centennial Trail. The lake is named for the American Legion
Post that once leased this land.
Fishing, boating and swimming are great ways to take advantage of
staying lakeside. The paved spur of the
Mickelson Biking trail runs right by the Lodge so you can even ride your bike
into Custer, SD for some shopping or morning coffee.
